All items sold/presented for sale on this site are in-hand, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Items presented for sale that have not yet arrived to us will be marked as pre-sales.
Our items for sale are sold as they are presented and we advise that you thoroughly assess the images and description of the item before purchasing.
As vintage sizing tends to vary irrespective of its marked size, we encourage buyers to request measurements or more information before purchasing, as we are not responsible for any fitting issues.
Please note that our vintage items are often 10-20+ years old, which means they likely may show signs of age or use. We are not responsible for repair or restoration.
We are not affiliated, associated, or connected with any of the brands sold on this website or on any of our linked platforms. All items are of pre-owned or vintage nature; trademarks and copyrights remain with the original brands.

All items sold are 100% authentic -- we follow a strict, rigorous authentication process in assessing item authenticity and are dedicated to being as transparent as possible, ensuring client confidence with every purchase.
We source globally through authenticated and trusted sources and perform secondary authentication processes upon the item's arrival.
Please note that due to the vintage nature of items, items are often without the original packaging, such as the box, dustbag, etcetera. This is often expected as it is very rare for items of 10-20+ years to remain in their original condition. However, if an item of sale is in its original condition, this will be stated in the item's description.
Return Policy
Please understand that all items sold are final sale, which explicitly means no refunds nor returns are accepted regardless of circumstance.
If there are issues that arise with your order, please ensure to contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will assess the circumstance to see whether the issue resulted from our doings and how we can provide a resolution.
Shipping
We ship worldwide with DHL, Fedex, DPD, UPS and Royal Mail.
Orders will be shipped within 2-5 working days after sucessfully processed. (Please note that processing can take up to 1-7 days)
Items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties on the import of items. Please ensure to check the rates for your country as responsibility for payment for custom duties and taxes rest upon the buyer.
If taxes/custom duties are applicable, payment will be collected by the shipping carrier to deliver your order. Unfortunately, we stress that we have no control or involvement with this.
Jiro Archive is not responsible for any delays incurred with orders due to issues with custom clearances or delivery challenges at the destination.
If custom fees and taxes are applicable yet not paid, the item will be returned to us by the selected courier. To re-ship the order, new shipping fees will fall upon the buyer to receive their order.
